Amiri Decree

Decree No. 158 of 2021

Appointing the Minister of Al Diwan Al Amiri Affairs

In accordance with the constitution

Law No.29 for the year 1962 regulating employees of Al-Diwan Al-Amiri, which was amended by Law No. 5 for the year 1978

Law No.15 for the year 1979 regulating the civil service, and amendments thereto.

Law No.48 for the year 1979 regulating the salaries of the Prime Minister and the Ministers.

In accordance to the decree issued in the 7th of Jamadi Al Awal for the year 1399H corresponding to April 4th,1979 regulating the civil service and its amended decrees

and the decree No. 148 of 2021 of work termination pursuant to decree 258 of 2017, regarding the appointment of Minister of Al-Diwan Al-Amiri

In accordance to the Prime Minister presentment

and After the agreement of the council of ministers.

We decree the following:

Article One: Appointing /- Mohamed Abdullah Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah as Minister of AL-Diwan Al-Amiri Affairs, on the rank of Minister.

Article Two: The Prime Minister and the Ministers are to fulfill this decree, it is effective as of the date of issue, and it is to be published in official gazette.
