His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah Wednesday received a congratulatory phone call from UAE President Sheikh Mohammad bin Zayed Al Nahyan on the occasion of appointing Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah as Crown Prince.
