The Amiri Diwan on Tuesday mourned the passing away of Sheikh Bader Nasser Al-Humoud Al-Jaber Al-Sabah at the age of 70.
The funeral service is to take place in the afternoon after 'Asr' prayers tomorrow (Wednesday).
