His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received a call on Wednesday from His Majesty Charles III, King of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
During the call, both sides touched on the strong bilateral ties between the two countries, as well as number of mutual issues and developments, particularly the heinous Iranian attacks on Kuwait's territories and airspace.
King Charles III expressed his strong condemnation of the attacks, which constitute a flagrant violation of Kuwait's sovereignty, international law, and the UN Charter, affirming his country's solidarity with Kuwait and its full support for all the measures taken to preserve its sovereignty, security, and stability.
His Highness the Amir thanked King Charles III for standing by Kuwait and supporting all measures taken, wishing the King good health and well-being, and to the British people continued progress and prosperity.

Kuwait Amir receives call from Indian PM on regional developments

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received a phone call on Tuesday from Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, during which they reviewed the strong bilateral relations between the two friendly countries and peoples, as well as the latest regional and international developments.
During the call, Prime Minister Modi renewed the Republic of India's condemnation of the "criminal and blatant" Iranian attacks targeting Kuwaiti territory and airspace, including the recent assault on civilians and the building of Kuwait International Airport.
The Indian premier said the attack resulted in the death of a member of the Indian community and injuries to others, describing the attacks as a "flagrant violation" of Kuwait's sovereignty, international law, and the Charter of the United Nations, as well as an act of intimidation against innocent citizens and residents in the country.
He affirmed India's solidarity with Kuwait and its people, reiterating support for all measures undertaken by the Gulf state to safeguard its sovereignty, security, and stability.
His Highness the Amir expressed his sincere condolences and sympathy over the death of the Indian national who was killed in the Iranian attack targeting civilians and Kuwait International Airport, praying for mercy upon the deceased and a speedy recovery for the injured.
His Highness also voiced deep appreciation to Prime Minister Modi for India's supportive stance toward Kuwait and its backing of all measures aimed at preserving the country's security and stability, wishing the Indian premier continued health and wellness and the friendly people of India further progress and prosperity.

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received on Wednesday a written letter from the President of Brazil Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, regarding ways to strengthen bilateral relations between both countries, as well as ways to enhance cooperation.
The letter also includes an invitation for His Highness to attend the Climate Summit in the Brazilian city of Belem, to be held from November 6 to 7, 2025.
Minister Al-Yahya received the letter during his reception of the Brazilian Ambassador to Kuwait Rodrigo Gabsch.

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received at Bayan Palace Monday morning Minister of Health Dr. Ahmad Abdulwahab Al-Awadhi and the medical team that set a Guinness World Record for the world's longest remote robotic surgery, performed across 12,000 kilometers.
The team - Dr. Sulaiman Al-Mazeedi, Dr. Mohanned Al-Haddad, and Dr. Humoud Al-Rasheedi - was commended by His Highness the Amir, who hailed the unprecedented achievement as proof of Kuwait's medical leadership, national talent, and effective use of advanced health technology, and wished them continued success in serving the country.
