Kuwait Amir receives cable of congratulations from Albania Pres.
His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received on Sunday a cable of congratulations from the President of the Republic of Albania, Bajram Begaj for assuming top office.
