Kuwait Amir receives congratulations from Pres. of Gabon
His Highness the Amir Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received a congratulatory cable on Monday from Gabon's Interim President Gen. Brice Oligui Nguema on assuming the top office.
