Jordan King congratulates Kuwait Amir on assuming office

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received Thursday a cable of congratulations from King Abdullah II of Jordan on assuming office. In the cable, King Abdullah stressed continuing joint action to develop cooperation between the two countries in different fields, wishing His Highness the Amir everlasting well-being and success in continuing the process of prosperity and progress in the dear homeland. His Highness the Amir replied in appreciation for the good sentiments, lauding deep-rooted and brotherly Kuwaiti-Jordanian ties and wishing the King everlasting good health, and the Hashemite Kingdom further progress and prosperity.
