Kuwait Amir receives congratulatory cable from Djibouti Pres.
His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received Thursday a cable of congratulation from President of Djibouti Ismail Omar Guelleh, on his inauguration, wishing His Highness success and good health.
