Kuwait Amir attends, patronizes Ali Al-Sabah Military Academy graduation ceremony

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah attended and patronized the graduation ceremony of the Ali Al-Sabah Military Academy 50th batch of officer cadets.
His Highness the Amir was received by Minister of Defense Sheikh Abdullah Ali Abdullah Al-Salem Al-Sabah, and Kuwaiti Army Deputy Chief-of-Staff Air Marshal Sabah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Acting Defense Ministry Undersecretary Sheikha Dr. Shamayel Ahmad Al-Sabah and Academy Commander Fawaz Al-Musailem as well as other officials.
Attending the graduation ceremony were His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, Acting Prime Minister and Interior Minister Sheikh Fahad Yusuf Al-Sabah, Chief of Higher Judicial Council Dr. Adel Buresli, state top officials as well as crowds of graduate families.
Academy Commander gave a speech at the ceremony, thanking His Highness the Amir for his unlimited and continuous support to the youth, saying that his attendance and patronage are an emblem of his great care for the new generation of officers.
He took the opportunity to reflect on what the Academy offers of training courses that surpass military duty ad necessary skills but instill model humanitarian values that help create honest and active leaders.
Al-Musailem addressed the graduates calling them leaders of the future, and told them this is not the end of the journey but it is the beginning of a new stage that requires diligence, innovation and a sense of responsibility.
He also addressed parents and families of the graduates appreciating their role and efforts in cultivating their children.
The commander also extended gratitude to military leadership who have contributed to developing the army, alleviating obstacles and instilling sense of nationalism in the armed forces.
Concluding his speech, Al-Musailem vowed to remain loyal to the homeland, committed to its safekeeping, and to stand in protection of its safety and stability.
His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal honored the Academy's top graduates, and he was given a gift to mark the occasion.
The ceremony then commenced and the newly graduated officer cadets took the oath.
